Culture Change

While I have your attention I wanted to talk about just one more thing.

We need a culture change – we needed it a long time ago.  It is still going to be very hard for women and other disadvantaged groups to come forward, just because someone created this website.  I get that!  It’s a start, but I am starting in the middle unfortunately.  The real starting point is for everyone to voice their opinion the moment unfairness rears it’s ugly head.  This applies also to the non-disadvantaged folks who sat around and witnessed injustice and maintained their silence.

To all people, we need a culture change were we can

• Report injustice at the sight of it.
• We stand up for our fellow citizens, friends, family, co-workers, neighbors and even strangers.
• We don’t hesitate to bring justice even if this means bringing down the ones you admire or depend on.
• You are part of the problem if you are a silent witness to a crime.
• It only takes all of us to solve this swiftly.
• I see a future where we don’t need this website.
