How do we identify perpetrators?

Based on what we have seen, it takes one or just a few victims to come forward with the allegations before a snowball effect occurs.  It takes a lot of courage to be the 1st ones to come forward.  This website helps everyone come forward collectively.

Exactly how is that possible?

If you are a victim, use this website to indicate how and by who you were victimized.  You will keep your anonymity, while recording specifics provided by you and only known to you.  When other victims provide their input, the website will aggregate information provided to identify pattern and time-frame of the crime.  All affected can then collectively come forward as a group.

Am I required for come forward?

No.  You will remain Mary Jane or John Doe as long as you want or forever.  However when the said allegation is brought to front you will be anonymously contacted to determine if you are willing and able to come forward.
